Depart from Arusha town at 0830 with picnic lunches for the Tarangire National Park. The park is located 120km away from Arusha town. It is famed for its audience of big herds of Elephants, buffaloes, etc. The Tarangire landscape is an open plain dotted with thousands of baobabs trees.  When on the wildlife game viewing, expect to see tones of zebras, wildebeest, elephant, Maasai giraffe, Baboons, hartebeests, and also some predators like Lions, cheetah, leopards, and sometimes you even can come across tree-climbing python if lucky, together with a variety of birds such as the widespread superb starling, Rufus-tailed weaver, and Black-collared lovebird. Lunch will be served by your driver guide at a closet area within/inside the park. Early in the evening, you will drive to the designed campsite for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, you will drive down the rift valley straight to Lake Manyara national park for a half-day game drive starting from sunrise to afternoon whereby you will break for picnic lunch and after your lunch, you will proceed with short game drives before you drive out of the park and visit the Mto Wa Mbu village for cultural activities. Mto Wa Mbu is a small local village just close to Lake Manyara national park on the northern side.  The village is rich in cultural aspects, Visit Silalei Maasai village whereby you can get an amazing chance to experience and learn Maasai culture from cooking, housing, dancing, singing, making local decors, etc. Enjoy also a cycling tour that takes you to the lakes with short stops on the way viewing wild animals like wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, Thompson gazelles, birds like pelicans, flamingos, etc. If time allows you can take a short cycling/walking tour to the waterfalls, banana plantations, rice plantations, or a short hike up the rift valley escarpments.

The Lake Manyara national park has different varieties of wildlife, like Hippos, tree-climbing lions, elephants, buffalos, Giraffes, Zebras, velvet monkeys, baboons, warthogs, etc. The park supports the life of small birds and big birds like pelicans, flamingos, ostriches, etc. There are more than 250 species of birds at Lake Manyara national park.

After breakfast, you make your way to Serengeti National Park via the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. On the way you will stop at the Olduvai Gorge (optional) where anthropologists Dr. Louis and Mary Leakey made a significant discovery, contributing to the theory that human life originated in Africa. After stopping for your picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping) in Serengeti you will continue further into the park and go on a sunset game drive. Dinner and overnight at Seronera public campsite.

Just after your hot breakfast, Embark on an early morning game drive in the endless plain of  Serengeti national park. Serengeti’s name comes from Maasai Language meaning endless plain. Therefore is home to many animals including Lions, Elephants, Giraffes, Wildebeests, Zebras, Leopards, Cheetahs, Warthogs, Hyenas plus lots and lots of birdlife. In many cases, migration is taking place around Serengeti and at that particular time, millions of wildebeest and zebra are mingling together followed by predators. In the afternoon after lunch, drive to Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight at Simba public campsite

After breakfast, you will descend into the crater for a wonderful game drive (with a picnic lunch). The Ngorongoro Crater is often described as one of the wonders of the world. It is the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera and a natural sanctuary for some of Africa’s densest animal populations. It is one of the few places where the rare black rhino can be observed in their natural setting. As very few animals migrate in and out of the crater with its 2000 ft. high walls, you can expect to see lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, many birds, and other species. With a bit of luck, the ‘Big Five’ can be spotted during one game drive only. in the evening you will drive back to Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home.
