The real African adventure takes place from mid-December down to March in the Ndutu plain which is within the Ngorongoro conservation area.  This is a plain land that is also very fertile and it has some minerals which support wildebeests especially when they are in the calving season which takes place here from early February to March. This is the best safari package that gives you the best chance to witness thousands of new wildebeest born spread all over the Ndutu plain and the southern Serengeti area. Furthermore, you will be visiting Tarangire national park, Lake Manyara Park, Ngorongoro crater floor, then tour the Ndutu plain and finish up with the endless plain of Serengeti park before you will fly back to Kilimanjaro airport for your flight back home.

  • DAY 1
    Lake Duluti Lodge.
    Meals: Dinner
    Kilimanjaro Airport/Arusha.

    Our driver will pick you up from the airport and drive you to your hotel for dinner and overnight. If you will be arriving early in the afternoon you will break to evening whereby our guide will take you around for a town tour. Dinner and overnight at Lake Duluti Lodge.

  • DAY 2
    Tarangire Treetop Tented Camp
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Arusha/Tarangire National Park. (Fly Or Drive – 130kms)

    Early breakfast then our driver will meet you at your hotel then pack your luggage ready for your drive to Tarangire, crossing the Maasai Steppe on your way to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s fourth-largest and one of its most diverse. Stop at the picturesque park gate for the driver to fill up the park’s registration book e. Full day game drive in the park enjoying viewing animals in the park. Soon, the impressive Great Rift Valley Escarpment will come into view – a 2,000-foot high wall that rises up, improbably steep and incredibly tall, out of the flat plains. Elephants, Buffalos, pythons are seen easily regularly cross your path, unbothered by your benign presence and going about their daily routines. You’ll meander along bush tracks and explore the Tarangire River’s twists and turns, finding elephants drinking and playing in the refreshing waters. Late this afternoon you’ll arrive at your lodge where you can settle in and relax before dinner and your first night in the bush. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire treetop camp.

    Tarangire Treetop Tented Camp
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Full Day in Tarangire National Park.

    Another full day’s game drives in Tarangire national park. This starts with sunrise game drives followed by a short break to enjoy your breakfast and thereafter you will conduct a walking tour inside the park to lunchtime whereby you will break to enjoy your picnic lunch and later on you will proceed with game drives to sunset whereby you will drive back to the camp for dinner and overnight at Tarangire Tree Top tented camp.

     

  • DAY 4
    Oldeani Mountain Lodge
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Tarangire National Park/Lake Manyara National Park

    Early breakfast before you drive to Lake Manyara national park. Lake Manyara National Park is among Tanzania’s smallest parks. Drive through the lush garden is a gentle reminder that you are now in Africa. Exotic birdcalls fill the air. Enjoy a picnic lunch and afterward, you’ll continue game viewing of animals in the park going about their daily routines. You’ll meander along bush tracks and explore the Lake which is home to thousands of Flamingos and rivers twists and turns, finding elephants drinking and playing in the refreshing waters. More game drives to sunset before you drive to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Oldeani mountain lodge.

  • DAY 5
    Oldeani Mountain Lodge
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Lake Manyara Park/Ngorongoro Crater Floor.

    Rise early today. As the cool, fresh air fills your lungs you’ll feel invigorated and rejuvenated, ready for another great day on safari. Departing after breakfast for short walking to the elephant caves and waterfalls before you drive to the Serengeti, making your way around the southern edge of the crater rim, spotting the occasional hyena, elephant, or African buffalo along the way. By mid-afternoon, you will arrive at the famed Serengeti National Park. The plains seem endless from this vantage point. Stop to enjoy your picnic lunch at Naabi Hill before meandering through the wildlife-rich central Serengeti. Later in the evening at your camp, you will be able to settle into your unique camp before joining folks in the camp dining area for some palate teasers in anticipation of a scrumptious meal this evening. Afterward, gather around the campfire before heading off to bed. Relax in your comfortable surroundings tonight as you are lulled to sleep by the sounds of the Serengeti plains. Dinner and overnight at Oldeani Mountain lodge.

  • DAY 6
    Lake Ndutu Tented Camp
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Drive from Lake Manyara /Ndutu Plain in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

    After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Manyara airstrip for your flight to the north Serengeti park Mara river area for late afternoon to sunset wildebeest migration game drives. In the evening you will drive to the camp for dinner and overnight at Lake Ndutu tented lodge.

  • DAY 7
    Lake Ndutu Tented Camp
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Full Day Wildebeests Migration Game Drives In The Ndutu Plain.

    Full-day wildlife game drive in this incredible ndutu plain area with amazing landscapes. This starts from sunrise to late afternoon whereby you will have a short break enjoying your picnic lunch before you proceed with a late afternoon to sunset game drive whereby you will make your way to the lodge for some relaxing before dinner and overnight.     Half-day game drives in the ndutu plains teeming with hundreds of thousands of wildebeest, this start from sunrise to around afternoon whereby you will drive to the Serengeti with game drive en – route. Dinner and overnight at Melia Serengeti lodge.

  • DAY 9
    Serengeti Melia Lodge
    Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
    Another Full Day Game Drives in Central Serengeti Park Seronera Area.

    Full-day game drives in the endless pain of Serengeti Park. This starts from sunrise to sunset game drive in the endless plain of Serengeti park. You will have a great time visiting retima hippo and the crocodile pool. You’ll continue your wildlife viewing for the rest of the day, stopping to enjoy a picnic lunch at your leisure. Full days ‘discover Serengeti’ game drives. The day for the big cats – cheetahs, leopards, and lions. In the evening drive to the camp for dinner and overnight. Other Informations

Transport while on Safari:  We’ll provide a special Safari Jeep & 1 stretched – Land cruiser 4WD.  The vehicles are fitted with a pop–up roof for game viewing and photographing.

Re: Advice for the trip: Others are Lightweight safari shoes or trainers, sandals, sunglasses, sun creams, insect repellent creams, a lightweight first aid kit, a day pack for your cameras, a rucksack for your safari gears, and clothes.   Of course, you will want to capture much of Tanzania’s wildlife, so don’t forget a camera, batteries, and film. A medium-range telephoto lens will be found useful as will a pair of binoculars. In case you’re bringing any electrical equipment, the electricity is 220v. Also, our vehicles have got a charging system for our clients to charge their cameras, etc.
