My name is Evania Joseph Mboyi, born in Shinyanga Region, Tanzania. My birth place is one of the regions in Tanzania endowed with kind, peaceful and loving people. What I love the most about tourism is because I get the opportunity to share the wonders of my beautiful country Tanzania especially our main attractions like Mt. Kilimanjaro, National Parks and many more. Being a sales consultant helps me to meet and connect with different people all over the world through my expertise and knowledge.

I am Hafsa Mashauri, born and grew up in Usangi-Pare mountains area. I did my studies at the place I grew up from class 1 to high school, before I moved for my diploma in Arusha.

I always enjoy reading books and travelling. I am a sales representative at Bright African safaris. Am too passion and I love my work as it gives me the best chance to meet different people from all over the world. I enjoy designing an adventure of a lifetime for all our clients who choose to travel with Bright Safaris team. Giraffes are my favorite animal due to their beauty looking; Arusha Park is one of my favorite national park to visit just because I can enjoy game drives, nature walking in the jungle as well as canoe ride on lake momella which gives me an amazing time to see them very closely.

Msangi Charema, I am the Co-founder & Director of sales at Bright African Safaris. I am originally a pare by tribe from Kilimanjaro foothills. I am born and grew up in a pastoral society. After my primary and secondary studies, I went to hotel Management College whereby I spent 2 years taking my food and beverage services course. In 2000 I got a chance to work with Ngorongoro sopa lodge as a cook for a year and later on I moved to restaurant as a supervisor.

Coming from Kilimanjaro foothills with an experience of local short and long hiking’s on daily activities gave me an extra chance to work as a part-time guide for those clients who need to walk around and explore the beautiful environment Ngorongoro crater rim has to offer. Imagine spending time working plus leaving inside the Ngorongoro conservation area, getting to see animals just few steps away, buffalos, elephants, zebras etc. “This inspired me for real and decided to go deep on tourism studies whereby I got my diploma as a tour and trekking guide. Later on I decided to quit the hotel industry and join the trekking and wildlife guiding job. Hiking Kilimanjaro (The African rooftop) were my dream since I was a little boy leaving few kilometers to the Kilimanjaro base but I finally made my dream true in 2004. I enjoy treks, hiking’s and long walking in the wilderness. From 2004-6 I spent most of my time on wildlife safaris guiding field before I opened Bright African safaris Company in mid-2007. I personally love to serve people; I enjoy taking care of visitors who choose Tanzania for their holiday break.

I loves adventures, learning new things whenever I get the chance, travelling to big cities out of Tanzania, go jogging, swimming, enjoy local meals etc.

I am a big fan of small 5 animals.

Am Alpha Salim, born and grew up in Kilimanjaro region, currently am staying in Arusha region. I did my studies at the place I grew up from class 1 to high school, before I moved for my degree in Kampala-Uganda. I loves swimming, travelling and explore new places. I am a sales representative at Bright African safaris. I loves my work and I enjoy it very much as it gives me the best chance to meet different people from all over the world. I enjoy designing an adventure of a lifetime for all our clients who choose to travel with Bright Safaris team. It’s crazy, big number of people who plan their first trip to Africa wish to see the big cats, I am different, I loves elephants and this is what makes me different!!. My favorite park is Tarangire just because I can see so many elephants.

Hi my name is Amiri I was born in Kilimanjaro region and later parents moved into Arusha region where I did all my studies including the tourism management cause with some extra languages apart from English I took French and Italian languages because I was very interesting with wildlife and and socializing with different people in the world, after all my studies I did volunteering in Serengeti national park for one year then i went back to Arusha, for almost seven good years l was been hired into different safari company’s due to have tremendous experience for most specialized in the northern part of our country taking clients at Kilimanjaro, Arusha, Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater, I now permanently working with Bright African Safaris for couples years of which I found is one of the smart company among of all I worked before.

I do appreciate of all the organization and management because not only they organize trips in Tanzania but also they do east Africa countries which is Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi thus give me more exposure!

I do love nature and my hobby is to travel and to see different landscapes and see how nature work in other continents.
