  • Serengeti National Park: If you are planning to visit Africa, be sure to add a visit to the vast plain of Serengeti National Park to your bucket list. Serengeti national park has been voted as one of the best national parks in Africa and the world for about 4 years now. What is the size of endless plain of Serengeti national park, how big? It is the size of Belgium. Serengeti is now considered as 7th world wonder because of the natural activities found in this park. Serengeti is the only place in world where by the biggest animal migration (wildebeests migration) happens in the world. Great wildebeests migration is only happening in Africa at Serengeti national park throughout the year. More than 3 million animals migrate from Ndutu plain in the Ngorongoro conservation area to central Serengeti park, then to the western Serengeti and move up to the northern Serengeti Mara river area before they cross the Mara river and enter Masai Mara. In addition, Serengeti Park is home to a large population of big cats in Africa.
