Kitulo National Park

Kitulo National Park is a rare botanical marvel, home to a full of 350 species of vascular plants, which also includes variety of terrestrial orchids. These erupt into a riotous wildflower display of breathtaking scale and diversity during the main rainy season of late November to April. The Kitulo National Park has unique flower species remained wild, with birds singing and migrating to the highland forests, Kitulo Park is a newest tourist attraction in Tanzania. This park is known as God’s Garden and it is the only of its kind in Africa where wild flowers, birds and harmonious grass eating mammals are dominating.

How to get to Kitulo National Park:

The park can only be accessed by road using a 4 wheel drive vehicle from Chimala, It is 78 kms east of the town of Mbeya on a surfaced main road to dare s salaam. You can also find basic public transport.
