Standard migration safari package design:
This is a standard migration safari design itinerary that gives you enough time to discover fabulous wildlife in northern Tanzania national parks including wildebeests migration. It is a drive-in and fly-out style that reduce the time of traveling from one place to another. Standard migration safari design gives you enough time to enjoy wildlife in each destination. In your standard migration safari, you will have two whole day’s game drives in Tarangire national park. A day at Lake Manyara national park and a one-day game drive down the Ngorongoro crater floor.
Moreover, you will also have a full-day game drive in the central Serengeti National Park – seronera area. And best of all, standard migration safari design will give two full days of wildebeests’ migration game drives at the Mara River. Wildebeests Migration safari designs in 2022 and 2023, are with special tours offers. This is because the number of visitors coming to Tanzania after the beginning of the covid 19 pandemic dropped. This is something one should not miss; see the world as it was before!!
Serengeti wildebeests’ migration safari dates start in April and May, the migration of wildebeests spends time in the central Serengeti. In June/early July, they spend time in western Serengeti (western corridor). From mid-July to late September, you find them around the north Serengeti Mara river area. In October, they cross the river and enter the Masai Mara park in Kenya. In November they move to the central Serengeti area on their way to Ndutu plain. And from late December – march, they are in Ndutu plain in the Ngorongoro authority area.
